Refund Policy

Our goal at Heavenly Bulliez is to ensure a smooth, transparent, and joyful process as you prepare to welcome home your new puppy. We believe in clear communication, and our refund policy is designed to be straightforward and fair, reflecting the serious commitment involved in reserving a cherished living animal.

Puppy Deposits

To reserve a puppy, we require a deposit. This deposit signifies a mutual commitment: we commit to holding your chosen puppy for you, and you commit to providing it with a loving forever home.

Therefore, all deposits are non-refundable.

When a deposit is placed, we remove that specific puppy from the market. We turn away other interested, qualified families and begin to focus on preparing your puppy for its new life with you.

Exception: The only circumstance in which a deposit will be refunded is if Heavenly Bulliez must cancel the sale. If, for any reason on our end, we are unable to provide you with the puppy you have reserved, your deposit will be refunded in full.

Final Puppy Payment & "Returns"

Once a puppy leaves our care and goes home with its new family, we do not offer cash refunds. A puppy is not a product that can be returned. This is a lifelong commitment, and our policies are designed to ensure the well-being and stability of every dog we breed.

Our commitment to you and the health of your puppy is our priority and we will help guide you in making the right steps in caring for your puppy.

Travel and Transportation Costs

Any fees paid for transportation, such as a flight nanny service, are payments for a service that has been rendered. These transportation costs are non-refundable.
 

We are always here to answer your questions and guide you through the process. We believe transparency is key to a wonderful relationship with our families.
