Our website provides information about our Old English Bulldogge breeding program and available puppies. All content, including text and photos of our dogs, is the exclusive property of Heavenly Bulliez and cannot be copied or reproduced without our written permission. Puppy Applications, Deposits, and Sales
Our priority is placing puppies in loving homes. Submitting a puppy application does not guarantee a puppy; we reserve the right to refuse any application for the puppy's best interest. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy, which signifies your commitment and applies to the total purchase price. All puppy sales are finalized with a legally binding sales contract outlining all terms and health guarantees, which you must review and sign. We retain the unconditional right to refuse or cancel a sale at any point if the placement isn't suitable, in which case your deposit will be fully refunded.
Liability, Governing Law, and Changes
Heavenly Bulliez is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of this website or reliance on its information. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and any legal action will be in Travis County, Texas. We may modify these Terms at any time, posting updates here with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use means you accept the changes.
